Ok, ok, I'm 15, and I'm already thinking of baby names, I know, it's weird, but I have NO intention of having a kid at my age. I don't even want one til WAY after uni, if at all.

I'm glad you're not ready to have/name children yet because your name choices reflect


1) a distinct dislike/hatred for children


OR


2) very immature/self-centered thinking.





That's because


A) all your female names (except for Cleo %26amp; Crystal) are trendy, misspelled creations that will humiliate a grown woman. Crystal is just plain boring.


B) 2 of your boy's names are nicknames and will look ridiculous when he has to sign his mortgage papers.


C) Clyde will forever have to live with Bonnie %26amp; Clyde jokes. Elliot, on the other hand, is a classic yet modern at the same time.





Please try to learn the important facts of baby-naming:


FIRST: Do no harm. The weirder the spelling or name, the more miserable the child.


SECOND: Think of the future. The baby is, of course, a precious delight but calling her Precious Delite is close to criminal. That type of name will hinder your child in the adult world.


THIRD: when you have mastered the first two, you're ready to really consider names that appeal to you.





Good luck to you. Now is the time to try out some silliness, trendiness, and whatever oddities occur to you. Using a site like this can really help you zero in on good choices for later.

I almost named my twins Xavier and Zander because I too like unique names (my daughter's name is Aubrey and it is not very common)...I changed my mind but sometimes wish I hadn't so make sure you do not forgo a name because of what other people think. This decision needs to be yours. Just make sure they will be able to spell it in kindergarten...lol

Reply:cleo is a nice name; but i'd prefer leo to cleo lol i know they are totally different names, but they both end in leo so sound good :)


skye is a pretty girls name, but becoming more and more popular by the minute - so therefore would end up being common. really pretty though :D shonaugh; i'm not too keen on the nice but nice way of spelling it! never seen it spelt like that before; so pretty unique middle name you have there :D alaska - just sounds like the place. crystal - again, i'm not too keen and i'm not too sure why. just doesn't have a namey sorta feeling to me lol





archie is my baby cousins name and i really didn't want him to be called that - but when i saw him i thought it was really cute. like an oldish sort of name for a baby, and i think it actually could be quite cute :D barney - reminds me of the dinosaur lol and yeah - i'm not keen on it. clyde - sounds very posh, don't like it. elliot - hate it :)

Reply:Crystal and Elliot are beautiful!!!!!! Skye is really beautiful, too... maybe as a nickname for Skylar or Skyler? I LOVE those three names!! I'm really not a fan of the others, though... sorry! I like the spelling Shawna a lot, but the way that you have it spelled is just too long and confusing, and it really takes a lot of the beauty out of the name. Hope this helped and best wishes =)
