Advice needed on whether to keep or break family tradition! on baby names!!!?

Hi. in my family we have a strange tradition of naming our children by the alphebet. it started when my greatgrandmother named her first child Anna Alice, then Bert Benjamin, and so on for 7 children. my grandfather carried it on and then my mother, each starting with the next letter after their initials. my grandfather named his three children with the initials C,D and E. then my mother used F, G, H I and J. J is me, being Jessice Joyce. so now that I am expecting my first child, family tradition states that i use the initials K for my daughter.the problem is the last name is Kissinger, which would give my daughter the initials KKK. i want to keep the family tradition, but dont want to give my daughter bad initials. what should i do?

Advice needed on whether to keep or break family tradition! on baby names!!!?
Keep the tradition going i think it's kinda cool!
Reply:i think you should keep to your tradition as long as you have two k names that you like :) dont worry about the initials x
Reply:There's nothing wrong with the initials KKK.

I think you really should keep your family's tradition

try

1)Katrina Kara 2)Karen Karla 3)Kathrine Karol...

or go to http://www.justmommies.com/baby_names/gi...
Reply:Don't give her a middle name, keep it KK

Or hypenate/ give her 2 first names (if your family would be ok) eg Katie-Mae Kissinger
Reply:This is a tough one. It is totally up to you. I think it is nice to follow family traditions but that one might be hard when you get to "X" and "z". Anyways her intials shouldn't matter but children are harsh. Maybe you could give her first name as "K" and use the last name as the other "K" or follow the tradition. The middle name is rarely used so if you want follow the tradition. Good Luck.
Reply:lol KKK, that sucks. Well that's tough. Hmm..could you do two middle names? One with J to represent you and then K. It'd be K.J.K.K. It's long I know but better than KKK. What about:

Katarina Joyce Kae

Kaelin Jessica Kae

Kate Kiersten Joy - my favorite so far

Kallie Kate Joyce

Maybe something like that? Traditions are important to me too so I would just do two middle names, one being a variation of your name
Reply:I dont think initials will matter she will be called by her first name and last only so it will be ok if you want to do it.
Reply:i don't think its bad, but if you don't fell okay you should do what your heart tell you. In the school they wont call out all her name Kalie (Kaylie) Kamila (Kamile)Kissinger come here! Which sounds cute! I personally like the family tradition thing. But like i said its up to you. My mother names all of her kids with the same first letter initials "L" i want to name my kids with the same first name, and middle name initials.
Reply:I have a friend with those initials %26amp; it really isn't a big deal. If you want to carry on the tradition then I say go for it. If you don't feel comfortable doing it, then break the tradition.
Reply:I personally would not purposfully give my child a name that may be controversial. If you like a name go with it, if not don't. I would think your family would understand if you went in another direction. But the fact that you want to carry the tradition that is another story. Good luck!
Reply:I don't think those would be very good initials. I would either an extra middle name so something splits up the KKK: such as Keira Kristine Olivia Kissinger (KKOK instead of KKK)

I also like the suggestion to not use a middle name, or to use a double-barreled first name with no middle name.

One last possibility would be to still use the first letter of K for the first name but to use a middle name not beginning with K.
